  3. You can also add honey, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and low-fat milk.
  4. Bring the mixture to boil. Once the rice is cooked, let it cool for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix the raisins with the water and stir well.
  6. Serve immediately or cool in the refrigerator until cold. You can add more raisins or ground cinnamon.
